Rise of Kingdoms is a popular game, and there will always be someone who has lost access to email or has grown tired of the game and wishes to delete all accounts and characters.
Regrettably, there is no quick way to delete or unlink your Rise of Kingdoms account. To delete/unlink your account, contact customer service and ask them to remove your account from the database or unlock it from the mail.
Steps for Deleting/Unlinking an Account
- Use the in-game support chat or send an email to privacy-service@lilithgames.com using the email address associated with your ROK account.
- You must write a good explanation for why you want your account to be unlinked or deleted from the Rise Of Kingdoms Database.
- If you send email, make sure to give it a good title or it will be sent to spam.
Unfortunately, there is no official way to delete/unlink accounts in Rise Of Kingdoms, and the method we mentioned does not guarantee success.
You must provide a compelling reason for wanting your account deleted/unlinked.
There was an option to delete/unlink accounts from Rise of Kingdoms, but it was removed to prevent people from stealing and selling accounts.
