Tomyris is one of best legendary archer commander in Rise Of Kingdoms. Tomyris is a great nuking commander with a unique nuking skill that stacks poison. Tomyris is great for attacking buildings but also on filed combat. She will add poison to the target that will increase damage taken from skill. This is great because your alliance members will be able to do more nuking damage.
This commander is for spender so if you are free to play I would advise you to avoid Tomyris because you will need Edward to get max damage and value so it is check out rok tier list for other commander.
Overall great commander for spenders who are going to do a lot of rally in AOO, KVK, and for the field battles. Avoid if you are free to play or small spender.
