Best Keira Guide & Talent Tree Builds

In Rise of Kingdoms, Keira is a peacekeeping archer commander. In the event Ceroli Crisis, Keira can be obtained. She is the only commander in Rise Of Kingdoms whose skill damage in scenario battles has been increased. Great commander for annihilating barbarians.

Keira Talent Tree Build

In this section, I will elaborate on a few potential talents builds that I think make the most sense while using Kiera as your Primary Commander. Do remember that these builds are only suggestions, and it depends on your own preferences when you are deciding which builds you want to use.

The builds do not focus on maxing out the powerhouse skill, which is the Mutineer. The best tree for Kiera would undoubtedly be the archer build. This is because her third skill does out a lot of focus on archers, and it also will generate an additional damage factor and rage engine.

The primary skill tree is also not a bad option. For this build, I suggest getting the venomous sting to generate extra rage. Then razor-sharp and full quiver will make your attack considerably strong, so you should consider using these. Getting more march speed is also essential and could be another alternative to getting additional rage.

Keira Guide

Kiera is an epic commander in the rise of kingdoms. Her most powerful skill, and what makes her stand out from amongst the other commanders, is her ability to increase the damage of the target by more than 80%. She is a powerhouse for damage and arguably the best epic commander in the rise of kingdoms.

In this article, I will talk in detail about Kiera’s skills and suggest a few builds to use with her as your primary commander, give you a quick guide on how to unlock her, and evaluate some pairings so that you can figure out whether Kiera is a commander you would consider investing in.

Without wasting any more time, let’s begin!

Is Kiera a worthwhile investment in 2023?The short answer is: yes, yes, and yes! Kiera’s fourth skill, which I will discuss later, makes her a worthwhile investment in 2023. This skill will be bringing you a lot of value in your game, so investing in her is a wise choice.

What’s more, is that she has some solid pairings and will make your gaming experience of the rise of kingdoms taken to a whole new level. She is one of the best epic commanders in the entire game!

How do you unlock Kiera and Max her out

Unlocking Kiera is slightly different than the other commanders. To unlock her, you have to finish the Ceroli Crisis Events. The coins offered at this event can be used to unlock the ten epic commander sculptures, and then you can max out the epics.

Unfortunately, though, you need to use the shop to get Kiera’s sculptures because you can’t use the universal heads on her. It also may take a few months to max out Kiera entirely, but it is worth it because she is one of the best epic commanders in the game.

Keira Skills

Dance of the Flametongue

Active Skill
Rage Requirement: 1000
Deals damage to up to 3 enemies in a forward-facing fan-shaped area
(Damage Factor 500), damage dealt to all targets will be decreased by 15%
for each additional enemy.

Upgrade Preview:
Direct Damage Factor:
500/ 600 / 700 / 800 / 1000

The dance of the flame tongue is another skill of Kiera that gives a 1000 damage factor. This is Kiera’s active skill. It does not do too much damage per hit, although overall, it actually creates more damage.

Allies of Enemies

Passive Skill
Troops led increases damage dealt to barbarians and other neutral units by
5%, and while in a battle during “Ceroli Crisis” or “Ian’s Ballads”, this
increase is at 5%.

Upgrade Preview:
Bonus Damage To Barbarians:
5%/ 10%/ 17%/25%/35%
Damage Bonus.
5%/10%/ 17%/ 25%/35%

This skill gives 35% extra bonus damage to the barbarians. It also provides more than 5% additional damage. When they are participating in the “Ian’s Ballad” and “Ceroli Crisis”, they will inflict 5% more damage.

When farming barbarians and other neutral units, Keira and her army gains 35% damage. While participating in “Ian’s Ballad” and “Ceroli Crisis”, they gain an additional 35% damage, which in total becomes 70% extra damage. This is a huge amount of damage when comparing with Aetheflaed and Lohar.

Ceroli Sharpshooter

Increases the attack of archer units by 4% and defense of archer units by
4%.

Upgrade Preview:
Archer Attack 4% / 5% / 6% / 8% / 10%
Archer Defense Bonus: 4% / 5%/ 6% / 8% / 10%

The Ceroli Sharpshooter increases the archer stats. It increases the attack of the archer units by 4% and also the defense of Archer Units by 4%. This is Kiera’s third passive skill.

The Mutineer

Normal attacks on the target have a  10% chance to increase their Skill
Damage Taken by 30% for 3 seconds. While in a battle during “Ceroli Crisis”
or “Ian’s Ballads”, the target’s increased Skill Damage Taken will be changed
to 50%.

Upgrade Preview:
Skill Damage Taken Increased By 30%/40%/50%/60%/80%/
Increased Skill Damage Taken (Scenario Battle): 50%/ 70% / 90% / 120% /
150%

Kiera’s most valuable skill is the Mutineer. It is a passive skill. We will talk about it first because it is the most powerful. This skill enables Kiera to give the target 80% extra skill damage that is a very high amount and can be a game-changer.

This debuff has a slight disadvantage, however, which is that it is going to be challenging to control when to use it. It can be used once every 10 seconds, but it has an unstable cooldown period, so we will not be sure when exactly we can fire it again.

But again, it is the most beneficial skill in the rise of kingdoms, and even though it is difficult to control, the 80% damage makes it so worth it and will bring a lot of value to the game.

This is a massive passive skill as the amount of damage this Epic Commander does is awesome. The chances of it happening are low, but still, this is a huge threat to the enemy. This skill damage can be taken up to 150% if Keira joins both the “Ian’s Ballad” and “Ceroli Crisis” event.

Undying Flames

Enhanced: Dance of the Flametongue

Without Expertise
Deals damage to up to 3 enemies in a forward-facing fan-shaped area (Damage Factor 1000), damage dealt
to all targets will be decreased by 15% for each additional enemy.

With Expertise
Deals damage to up to 3 enemies in a forward-facing fan-shaped area (Damage Factor 1000), damage dealt to all targets will be decreased by 15% for each additional enemy. To enemies that are damaged by this skill, deal continuous damage (Damage Factor 200) to them for 2 seconds.

Underlying flames is Kiera’s expertise skill. It entails an additional 400 damage factors for every target that you hit. So, that would be around 200 damage factors every two seconds, which is very powerful.

This is a good upgrade of active skills. For the next 2 seconds, this deals 200 damage to multiple targets over time. The damage dealt can be increased by using the fourth skill, which hits the enemy even harder.

Pairing Commanders

In this section, I will talk about some of the pairings with Kiera that I have listed to determine whether they make a strong rok pairing. Again, these are just suggestions and it totally depends on your personal preference and how you want to play your game. Also, these are a few pairings that make the most sense; there are plenty more that you can choose from.

Yi Seong-Gye Yi Seong Gye

Yi Seong Gye is the first choice as a pairing commander because he has a lot to benefit from Keira’s abilities, especially the 4th skill. It increases the damage by 80%. Both these commanders can hit the enemy hard with their active skills. In this pairing, Keira should be the secondary commander so you can get most from Yi Seong Gye talent tree.

Sun Tzu Sun Tzu

This is arguably the best pairing for Kiera. Sun Tzu as the secondary and Kiera as the primary is an absolute showstopper of a pairing. This will make you have an entire archer march, and with their skills, this march will have a lot of potential. While Sun Tzu talent tree and skills will provide additional rage, Kiera’s damage factor will make them unstoppable. These are the two best commanders in the game and hence create a compelling pair.

El Cid El Cid

El Cid and Kiera are good pairings because together, they have a high utility. This is because of the combined march speed, damage, and silencing, which makes them a commendable duo. If you are using a peacekeeping tree, you should keep Kiera as primary. Still, otherwise, it doesn’t matter which one of the two is primary or secondary because either way, they will be a potent combination.

Hermann Hermann

Next, the pairing of Hermann and Kiera is also excellent. As Sun Tzu, Hermann is an archer commander too, and hence they will have a good synergy and will make their archer march very strong. In addition, Hermann has an enormous rage potential, and Kiera’s insane damage factor makes their pairing very remarkable. With either Kiera or Hermann as primary commanders, this pairing makes a lot of sense.

Kusunoki Kusunoki

This pairing is best if you want to maximize your stats. However, because their mark speed is not as notable, this pairing is best for a peacekeeping strategy. If you are planning to use this pair for PVP you must use the Kusunoki talent tree.

Joan-of-Arc Joan of Arc

Pairing Kiera with Joan of arc also makes sense because they both do a lot of damage. Although, you should note that keeping Joan of Arc as primary initially is a better idea, and until you reach level fifty, Kiera being primary will make this a strong pairing.

Ramesses Ramesses II

The final pairing that I will be talking about is the one of Ramesses and Kiera. They prove to be a great combination because they together will have a high march speed and very impressive stats. Furthermore, this is another archer pairing which means they will have high synergy and be a commendable combination. They will have high debuffs and a lot of rage potential. The archer marches will be optimized and, overall, will create a lot of damage. Once again, if you are using a peacekeeping tree, you should keep Kiera as the primary if not use Ramesses talent tree.

Conclusion

Kiera is the best choice for you to make commander, mostly if you are looking for damage on a massive scale. Her skills are extremely powerful which makes her an ideal choice for you to make an investment in.

Her fourth skill, namely Mutineer, will bring a lot of value to your game, and this skill is mainly the reason why she is considered the strongest archer commander in the rise of kingdoms.

Furthermore, her other skills like silencing his enemies, utility, and damage add more value to her character. She is a well-rounded archer who is a worthwhile investment in the game.

She has some strong pairings as well.

Hence, in my opinion, if you are looking to invest in a commander in 2023, Kiera should be your first choice. She is an absolute powerhouse, especially if you are looking for a commander with a spectacular damage factor; trust me, she is the one to get.

If you choose to invest in her as commander, you should take into account the pairings and builds we have listed above to make the most of Kiera.
