Constantine is a great legendary infantry commander in Rise Of kingdoms. If you can then get him especially if you are defending structures in KVK and AOO. He is insane for defending.
Problem with Constantine is that he lacks rallying skills but that is why he is great for defending. He is also a great commander to have for field battels.

His skills will transform your infantry units to unkillable troops. A 40% increase in health is insane especially for defending.

His fourth skill is great for the Ark Of Osiris. The problem with this skill is that can be triggered only once an hour while your troops are out of the city. That is why when your skill is activated you must go back to city. When you leave your city your Constantine will be able to use this skill again.

Overall Constantine is a great commander to have especially if you are defending buildings a lot and if you are an infantry player.

Constantine Pairings

You can test other commander but the best ROK commander pair for Constantine is Richard.

YSG

You can use YSG if you are getting swarmed by a lot of troops by still I would use Richard.

Martel

Martel is great with Constantine for field battels if you do not have Richard max. If you are planning to use this pairing then you must use the Martel talent tree.

Sun Tzu

Sun Tzu is an epic commander that works well with Constantine I. He can deal a lot of damage to multiple enemies at once. His active skill contains restore rage that will let Constantine use his active skills more. Use Sun Tzu Talent tree if you want to have more rage generation.

Alexander the Great

He is probably the best partner for Constantine I as Alexander the Great can give lots of benefits to Constantine I like defense boost to the infantry troops, increased attack damages that Constantine I lacks.

These pair do not inflict much damage, but their defense stats are remarkable and that makes up for the low attack skills. When pairing these two, Constantine should be the secondary commander because Alexander the Great talent tree is a lot better.

Constantine Skills

Edict of Milan

This skill, for the next five seconds can decrease the attack done by the enemies. This is one of the best defense active skills. This skill can decrease the enemy’s attack by 40% and the received damage by 10%. This defense is huge when Constantine gets hit by a powerful nuker.

Allegiance

This gives the infantry of Constantine I’s infantry a health bonus. This is a huge boost to his infantry. However, this skill works to the fullest when Constantine I is in charge of the infantry units only.

Impasse

While serving as the garrison commander, Constantine I’s garrison and watchtower give an additional 10% damage. If you keep Constantine as your garrison commander, this is a must-have skill as it gives 10% more damage.

Cross of the Divine

This skill activates when the troops of Constantine I’s strength reduces below 50%. At this point, they receive a massive healing effect. This skill can be activated once every hour after his troops have left the city. However, the healing effect gets reduced by 30%.

If he gains a shield during this time, he can gain up to 40% more damage reduction. This skill is unique but it also has an unusual restriction. This skill gives him a healing factor of 15000, which is quite large. He can receive 70% of healing when his troop’s strength reduces by 50%.
